Potato cutlepps


potato medium size         5
salt                                    2 tsp
garam masala                 2 tsp
coriander                         2 tsp
black paper                     2 tsp
egg                                    2
cilantro                           10 leaves


directions

1          place unpeeled potatoes in a large saucepan fill with water ,and place over high heat
 ,bring to a boil cook until potatoes are soft and  tender.


drain ,cool and peel potatoes
place potatoes in a large bowel. add salt ,garam masala,coriander powder ,black pepper and
 cilantro mash with a large fork or potato masher until there are no lumps.
shape potatoes into inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
dip each cutlet lightly in egg and set a side.

heat about 2  table spoons oil in a large skillet over medium  heat .
fry potato cutlet in batches until golden brown on both sides .
between batches ,add oil as need.
